LaxLineup is a mobile + web AI app that turns a single sideline game video into usable coaching outputs: shift charts, on-field combinations, and basic possession timelines. Most lacrosse teams don’t have a dedicated stat crew, and existing tools assume someone is tagging every event live. This app focuses on the one thing coaches actually review: who was on the field together, for how long, and what happened during those stretches (shots, goals, clears/turnovers when detectable). You upload video after the game, the AI stabilizes and tracks players, then produces a “line chemistry” report and exportable clips grouped by unit. It’s not perfect—lacrosse is chaotic and occlusions happen—but it’s good enough to replace hours of manual film breakdown and to support lineup decisions with evidence. Pricing is team-based, with per-game processing add-ons.
