LaxTravel

LaxTravel is a mobile + web app for lacrosse teams and families to coordinate tournament weekends without endless group texts. Coaches or team managers publish a single “source of truth” itinerary: game times, field maps, parking notes, hotel info, team meals, warm-up schedule, and emergency contacts. Parents get real-time updates, push alerts for changes, and a simple “I’m here / running late” check-in. The app also handles carpool assignments, rooming lists, and a lightweight expense split for shared costs (ice, trainer, team dinner). It integrates with common calendar tools and provides offline access to schedules and maps when cell service is bad at fields. This is not a stats or video app; it’s operational logistics for travel teams, built to reduce confusion, missed warmups, and last-minute scrambling.
