It connects to optional data sources (calendar, Slack/Teams metadata, email headers, Jira/Asana activity, org chart snapshots, and public company indicators) and converts them into a private “risk dashboard” with plain-English explanations. It flags patterns like sudden meeting load drops, project deprioritization, budget freezes, hiring pauses, leadership churn, and reduced cross-team requests—without reading message content by default. Users get a weekly risk trend, a “what changed” breakdown, and practical next steps: document wins, update resume/portfolio checklist, internal transfer targets, and a runway calculator. It’s not a crystal ball; it’s an early-warning system that nudges people to prepare before layoffs become obvious. The product must be transparent about uncertainty and avoid fear-mongering.
