LeadLedger
LeadLedger is a lightweight web app (with a simple mobile companion) that sits between your inbox and your CRM to capture, dedupe, and qualify inbound leads automatically. It connects to Gmail/Outlook, website forms, and calendar, then creates a single “lead record” with source, intent signals, and conversation history. The AI layer summarizes threads, extracts key fields (budget, timeline, decision maker), and suggests next steps, but it never auto-sends messages without approval. The core promise is ruthless hygiene: it flags duplicates, missing fields, stale leads, and owners who haven’t followed up. It also produces a weekly “leak report” showing exactly where leads died (no reply, no meeting, wrong routing). This is not a full CRM replacement; it’s a lead intake and follow-up control tower that pushes clean data into HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive.
