LeadLens is a mobile + web app that helps renters, homebuyers, and landlords quickly assess lead exposure risk and take the next best action. Users enter an address, building year (or auto-detected), renovation history, and water service-line clues, then get a plain-language risk score with specific steps: which tests to order (water, dust, paint), how to choose certified inspectors, and how to document results for schools, pediatricians, or property managers. The app also tracks remediation tasks, retesting schedules, and stores lab PDFs in one place. An AI assistant explains confusing lab reports and generates a simple “lead safety packet” for tenants or buyers. This is not a magic detector—it's a decision and documentation tool that reduces delays and confusion that keep people from testing at all.
