LeadMirror

LeadMirror is a web app + mobile companion (iOS/Android) that helps managers improve leadership behaviors using lightweight, recurring 360-style micro-feedback. Each week, the manager picks 1 behavior to practice (e.g., “clarify priorities,” “coach vs. solve”), invites 3–8 teammates to answer two 30-second questions, and gets a private, trend-based report. The AI summarizes themes, flags contradictions, and suggests one realistic experiment for the next week, plus a short message template to share progress with the team. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t try to replace HR systems, performance reviews, or full coaching programs. It focuses on a single loop: ask, learn, practice, repeat. It also includes “confidence checks” to prevent overreacting to one loud voice and encourages managers to validate changes with the team.
