LeadTimeIQ is a web app (with optional desktop connector) that continuously measures true supplier lead times and variability using real operational signals—POs, ASNs, receipts, and shipment tracking—then feeds clean, usable lead-time distributions back into planning tools. Most companies still rely on static lead times in ERP that are wrong half the time, causing chronic stockouts, excess inventory, and firefighting. The app ingests data from common ERPs/WMS/TMS, auto-maps events, flags bad scans and missing milestones, and produces lane- and supplier-specific lead time percentiles (P50/P90) with confidence scores. It alerts planners when lead times drift, identifies which suppliers or lanes are destabilizing service levels, and recommends safety stock adjustments based on variability, not vibes. It’s not a full planning suite; it’s a focused “truth layer” for lead time and reliability that plugs into what teams already use.
