LeafLinker
LeafLinker is a mobile + web app that helps shoppers choose where to buy produce based on real, recent freshness reports. Users quickly rate items (e.g., strawberries, spinach, avocados) on freshness, shelf condition, and price at specific stores, then the app aggregates scores by store and item with a simple “buy/avoid” view. A lightweight AI layer flags suspicious or low-quality submissions, summarizes trends (“berries are rough this week at Store X”), and predicts which stores are most likely to have good stock today based on recent patterns. The goal isn’t to replace grocery apps—it’s to solve the annoying, expensive problem of wasting money on bad produce. Monetization is realistic: a freemium model for shoppers (alerts, favorites, history) plus optional store dashboards for small grocers to monitor customer-reported quality and respond quickly.
