It combines simple roster management with built-in payments, automated reminders, late-fee rules, and a clean audit trail for league admins. Coaches can mark attendance, log jersey deposits, and issue fines (no-show, red card, equipment) with transparent receipts. Players get one place to pay, see their balance, and confirm game eligibility. The app focuses on adult rec leagues, youth clubs, and tournament organizers who currently juggle Venmo, spreadsheets, and group chats. It’s not trying to be a full scheduling/statistics platform; it’s a “money + eligibility” layer that plugs into existing workflows and reduces conflict. Optional AI helps categorize transactions and draft reminder messages, but the core value works without it.
