LeakLedger is a web + mobile app for water utilities and municipalities to track, verify, and prioritize non-revenue water (NRW) leaks using a simple evidence-first workflow. Field crews log suspected leaks with photos, GPS, meter reads, acoustic correlator notes, and repair details; supervisors review and approve in a lightweight queue. The system automatically estimates water loss and repair ROI using configurable assumptions (pressure zone, pipe material, time-to-repair) and produces audit-ready reports for regulators, grant programs, and internal finance. It integrates with common AMI/SCADA exports via scheduled CSV/SFTP ingestion rather than expensive custom integrations, keeping implementation realistic for mid-sized utilities. This is not a “magic AI finds leaks” product; it’s a practical operational system that turns messy field data into defensible decisions, faster dispatching, and measurable NRW reduction.
