LeakLedger is a mobile + web app for small and mid-sized water utilities to pinpoint and document non-revenue water (NRW) losses without buying expensive enterprise systems. Field crews log leak finds, pressure readings, valve operations, and repair details in a structured workflow that works offline. The web dashboard turns that field data into simple, defensible metrics: leak density by zone, repeat-failure hotspots, repair-to-recurrence timelines, and estimated volume saved. It also generates audit-ready reports for regulators and grant applications, using standardized templates and photo/time/GPS evidence. This is not a magic “AI finds leaks from satellites” product; it’s a practical system that makes existing crews more effective and makes losses measurable. If you can’t measure it, you can’t fund it—LeakLedger focuses on that gap.
