LeakLens is a web-based revenue assurance platform for enterprises that connects to ERP, CRM, CPQ, and billing systems to detect and quantify revenue leakage. It continuously reconciles contracted terms (price books, discounts, renewals, SLAs, usage tiers) against what was actually quoted, invoiced, and collected. Using anomaly detection plus contract intelligence, LeakLens flags underbilling, unauthorized discounts, missed escalators, unbilled usage, duplicate credits, and non-compliant renewals, then routes each issue to the right owner with evidence and recommended fixes. A unified “Revenue Leak Ledger” tracks potential vs realized recovery, status, and audit trail. Prebuilt connectors and a rules+ML engine let finance teams start with quick wins (top customers, top SKUs, top regions) and expand coverage over time. Deployment supports read-only mode first, then optional workflow automation for corrections.
