LeakLens is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps DIY homeowners handle basic plumbing problems without guessing. You take a photo of the under-sink setup, valve, trap, supply line, or leak area; the app identifies common parts (P-trap, angle stop, compression vs. threaded fittings) and suggests the most likely fixes with a short checklist. It also generates a “parts list” you can take to a hardware store (sizes, thread types, gasket types) and warns you when the job is risky (gas lines, main shutoff issues, mold, electrical proximity) and you should call a pro. The honest truth: it won’t replace a plumber, and it will be wrong sometimes—so the MVP must be conservative, focus on basics, and prioritize safety.
