LeakProof is a mobile + web AI-assisted bathroom remodel QA app that helps homeowners and small contractors avoid the most common (and costly) failure points: waterproofing, slope/drain placement, shower pan details, and ventilation. Users build a simple project checklist by selecting their bathroom type (tub-to-shower, full gut, refresh) and materials (tile, acrylic, curbless, etc.). During the remodel, they upload quick photos at key milestones (studs, plumbing rough-in, waterproofing, pre-tile, grout/caulk, ventilation). The app flags high-risk issues using computer vision plus rule-based building-science checks, then generates a punch list with “fix now” guidance and what to ask the contractor. It also stores a time-stamped audit trail (photos + notes) that helps with disputes, warranty claims, and resale documentation. It’s not a permit tool; it’s a practical mistake-prevention companion.
