The app scans your lease, flags early-termination clauses, calculates realistic exit costs, and generates landlord-ready emails and negotiation scripts. It also builds a move timeline based on your start date, notice periods, and local market norms, then pairs it with a “bridge plan” (sublet, lease takeover, short-term housing, storage) and a budget forecast. The product is honest about what it can’t do: it won’t magically erase penalties, but it will help you avoid preventable mistakes and negotiate better outcomes faster.
