LeaseExitKit is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI assistance) that guides renters through a realistic, step-by-step lease-break process: documenting reasons, calculating likely costs, and generating the right notices. Users upload their lease, move-out timeline, and situation (job relocation, safety, habitability issues, etc.). The app extracts key clauses, deadlines, and penalty language, then produces a plain-English action plan: what to send, when to send it, what evidence to gather, and what to expect financially. It also includes a “replacement tenant” workflow: listing templates, screening checklist, and a shareable packet for landlords to reduce friction. This is not a lawyer and won’t magically erase fees; it’s a pragmatic organizer that helps users avoid expensive procedural errors, missed notice windows, and sloppy documentation that weakens their position.
