LeaseLattice
LeaseLattice is a web + mobile app for co-housing and communal homes to create, sign, and enforce house agreements without turning everything into endless meetings. It provides a structured “house constitution” builder (noise, guests, cleaning, shared purchases, pets, quiet hours), then turns those rules into lightweight workflows: incident reporting, mediation steps, and escalating reminders. Members can propose changes, vote with configurable thresholds (consensus, supermajority, veto roles), and keep an auditable history so disputes don’t become he-said/she-said. It also tracks shared assets (tools, bikes, appliances) and deposits/fees tied to rule breaches, with clear receipts and accountability. This is not a feel-good community app; it’s a pragmatic governance tool that reduces conflict and churn, especially in larger houses where informal norms break down.
