LeaseLedger is a web + mobile app that keeps multi-family lease obligations, renewals, and unit-level compliance from slipping through the cracks. It ingests leases, addenda, and notices (PDF/email uploads) and turns them into a structured checklist: rent escalations, renewal windows, concessions clawbacks, required inspections, insurance expirations, and local compliance deadlines. The AI layer extracts key terms and flags anomalies (missing signatures, inconsistent dates, unapproved concessions), but the product is built around human verification and audit trails so it’s usable in the real world. It integrates with property management systems for resident/unit metadata and pushes tasks to on-site teams with reminders and proof-of-completion. The goal is simple: fewer missed renewals, fewer compliance fines, and fewer “we didn’t know” disputes when residents move out or complain.
