LeaseLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that reconciles your IT asset inventory against leasing and carrier invoices to catch “ghost” assets—devices you’re still paying for but can’t locate, or lines still billed after offboarding. Instead of trying to replace full ITAM suites, it plugs into what you already use (Intune/Jamf/Google Admin, common MDMs, and finance systems) and focuses on one measurable outcome: reducing monthly waste. It ingests invoices (PDF/CSV), normalizes vendor SKUs, maps charges to serial/IMEI/user, and flags mismatches: missing returns, duplicate billing, inactive lines, and lease terms that should have ended. It produces an audit trail and exportable dispute packets for vendors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for deterministic matching, plus AI for messy invoice parsing and vendor-specific line-item classification.
