Users upload a lease PDF or paste clauses, then get a plain-English breakdown of key terms: rent increases, renewal/auto-renew, early termination, deposit rules, fees, maintenance responsibilities, entry notice, subletting, and dispute/venue clauses. It flags “unusual” or high-risk terms, explains why they matter, and suggests negotiation questions and safer alternative wording (not legal advice). It also generates a one-page “Lease Term Summary” you can share with roommates, guarantors, or a landlord. The MVP focuses on clarity and speed: a 5-minute review that catches common gotchas. Monetization: $9–$19 per lease for renters, and a $49–$199/month plan for property managers to standardize lease templates and reduce back-and-forth.
