Users upload a lease PDF or photos; the app extracts key clauses (fees, utilities, renewal rules, guest policies, maintenance responsibilities, eviction triggers) and generates a plain-language summary plus a “risk checklist” tailored to local tenant laws. It also flags missing disclosures and unusually high add-on costs that often blindside low-income renters.
