LeaseLink

LeaseLink helps couples moving in together turn vague expectations into a clear, signed “household agreement.” It guides you through practical topics most people avoid until they explode: rent split, chores, guests, quiet hours, pets, shared purchases, privacy, and what happens if you break up. The app generates a plain-language agreement plus optional state-specific add-ons (not a substitute for legal advice) and a monthly check-in flow to renegotiate terms before resentment builds. It also includes a lightweight shared ledger for recurring bills and one-off reimbursements, with reminders tied to the agreement (“you agreed to utilities split 60/40”). This is not therapy and won’t fix a bad relationship; it’s a structured tool to reduce ambiguity and document decisions. Monetization: one-time agreement fee + optional subscription for ongoing check-ins and bill tracking.
