LeaseLogix is a mobile + web app that turns landlord-tenant communication into a clean, timestamped paper trail. Tenants log issues (repairs, pests, safety, utilities) with photos, video, and structured details; the app generates jurisdiction-aware notice templates and sends them via trackable channels (email + certified mail label generation). Landlords can respond, schedule vendors, and document completion with before/after proof. An AI layer summarizes threads, extracts commitments (“will fix by Friday”), and flags missing essentials (access instructions, severity, prior attempts). The goal isn’t “better vibes”—it’s fewer disputes, faster resolution, and defensible records if things go south. Realistically, this won’t replace property management suites; it’s a lightweight layer focused on landlord relations and conflict prevention for small landlords and renters who currently rely on messy texts and calls.
