LeaseNudge is a mobile + web app that turns lease terms into a simple, trackable timeline. Users upload a lease PDF (or forward an email attachment), then the app extracts key dates and obligations: rent increases, renewal windows, notice periods, maintenance responsibilities, late-fee triggers, and move-out requirements. It generates a calendar of reminders with plain-language explanations and a “what to do now” checklist. The focus is not legal advice—it’s operational clarity: what actions are required, by when, and what evidence to keep. Tenants can store photos, repair requests, and communication logs tied to specific clauses and dates. Landlords/property managers can track multiple units and get renewal/notice prompts to reduce vacancy and compliance mistakes. The MVP should prioritize accuracy on dates and notice windows, because that’s where real money and disputes happen.
