LeasePaws helps renters find truly pet-friendly housing and helps landlords screen pet profiles without the usual chaos. Renters build a shareable “Pet Resume” (vaccines, spay/neuter status, training certificates, references, behavior notes, and pet insurance proof). Listings are tagged with real constraints (breed/weight limits, deposit, monthly pet rent, nearby parks, noise rules) and verified via document/photo checks plus community reporting. Landlords get a lightweight workflow to request specific pet documents, set pet policies, and approve pets with clear audit trails. This is a mobile + web app with optional AI assistance to summarize documents and flag missing items, but it’s mostly a traditional marketplace/workflow product. It’s not magic: supply is the hard part, so the MVP focuses on a few cities and partnerships with property managers and shelters to seed inventory and trust.
