The core idea: each unit gets a unique payment link that supports ACH and card, auto-reconciles payments to the correct lease, and sends compliant reminders and receipts. It also handles partial payments, late fees, and payment plans with clear audit trails, so disputes are easier to resolve. The app focuses on reducing “where’s my rent?” time: instant ledger updates, bank deposit tracking, and simple export to accounting tools. This is not magic—collections are still hard—but it removes the operational friction that causes missed payments and messy bookkeeping. Pricing can be per-unit with a small platform fee plus payment processing margin.
