LeasePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes lease obligations and recurring compliance tasks for small-to-mid property management companies. It ingests leases, addenda, and vendor contracts, then converts them into a calendar of enforceable obligations: rent escalations, notice windows, renewal deadlines, inspection dates, insurance expirations, and fee triggers. The product focuses on preventing revenue leakage and legal exposure caused by missed dates and inconsistent processes across properties and staff. It includes role-based task assignment, audit trails, and a “what changed” view for every document revision. An AI layer extracts key clauses and dates from PDFs, flags missing or risky language (e.g., late-fee wording, notice periods), and drafts tenant/vendor notices for review. This is not a full property management system; it plugs into existing tools via exports/webhooks to avoid a rip-and-replace battle.
