LeasePulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid commercial tenants and property managers to track lease obligations, critical dates, and cost escalations in one place. Users upload a lease PDF, then the app extracts key terms like renewal windows, rent steps, CAM/NNN clauses, insurance requirements, maintenance responsibilities, and penalty triggers. It turns these into a calendar, reminders, and a simple “risk dashboard” that flags ambiguous or high-cost clauses. It also stores vendor contacts, inspection logs, and evidence (photos, emails) tied to obligations, so teams can prove compliance during disputes. This is not a replacement for lawyers; it’s an operational system to prevent missed deadlines, surprise charges, and sloppy handoffs when staff changes. The MVP focuses on accuracy for a narrow set of common lease formats and clear human review workflows.
