LeaseRelay is a web + mobile app that turns messy subletting into a repeatable workflow: create a sublet listing, collect applications, verify identity/income, and generate a landlord-ready sublease packet with e-signatures. The AI layer extracts key terms from the original lease (allowed dates, guest rules, fees, notice periods) and flags conflicts so tenants don’t accidentally violate their lease. It also produces a clean “Landlord Approval Request” email and a standardized sublease agreement tailored to the extracted terms and local basics. The realistic value is speed and risk reduction, not magically “guaranteeing” approval. Monetization is per-sublet checkout (e.g., $39-$99) plus optional verification add-ons. This is not a marketplace trying to beat Craigslist—it's a transaction tool that works even when the subtenant comes from elsewhere.
