LeaseSync is a mobile + web app for co-living homes to handle the messiest moments: move-ins, move-outs, room swaps, and deposit returns. It creates a simple “house ledger” for the lease lifecycle: who joined when, what they paid, what they owe, and what they’re entitled to when they leave. Residents can submit notice, pick an exit date, and follow a guided checklist (keys, cleaning, utilities, forwarding address). The app generates a condition report with timestamped photos, tracks shared inventory, and proposes a fair deposit split based on documented damage and wear. It also supports roommate replacement: applicants can be invited, screened via a lightweight form, and approved by the leaseholder/manager. This isn’t trying to be a social network—just a practical workflow tool that reduces conflict and admin overhead.
