Users can import utility bills via PDF upload or email forwarding, track payments, and settle balances with reminders. The app also includes a lightweight “comfort policy” feature: agreed thermostat ranges, quiet hours for high-usage appliances, and a dispute log so arguments don’t spiral. It’s not magic—without smart meters per room it can’t measure exact usage—but it reduces resentment by making assumptions explicit and consistent.
