The system auto-triages into standardized job types, suggests troubleshooting steps, and routes work orders to approved vendors with clear SLAs. Vendors must check in/out on-site, upload before/after evidence, and log parts/labor in a consistent format. The app tracks “repeat issue” rates by unit and by vendor, flags likely underlying causes (e.g., recurring leaks), and generates a clean audit trail for owner reporting and dispute defense. It’s not trying to replace your PM software; it focuses narrowly on maintenance quality control and vendor accountability, integrating via email/API exports where needed.
