LedgerLink
LedgerLink is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that turns a company’s scattered operational data into a defensible system of record. It connects to key sources (ERP, CRM, ticketing, spreadsheets, data warehouses), ingests changes, and writes an immutable audit trail of “who changed what, when, and where it came from.” Instead of trying to replace existing tools, it sits above them: it normalizes identifiers, resolves conflicts with configurable rules, and publishes a canonical record back to downstream systems via APIs and webhooks. The product is intentionally narrow: start with one domain (customers, vendors, assets, or contracts) and make it rock-solid with lineage, approvals, and reconciliation reports. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the kind of plumbing teams pay for when audits, revenue leakage, or operational errors become expensive. Expect long sales cycles, but sticky retention once embedded.
