LeftoverLens

LeftoverLens is a mobile + web AI app that helps households survive the post-holiday food pile without waste or boredom. You snap photos of what’s actually in your fridge (turkey, ham, sides, desserts), optionally add dietary limits and how many people you’re feeding, and it generates a 3–7 day “leftover runway” plan: recipes, portion guidance, and a day-by-day order to eat items before they spoil. It also creates a short “gap list” of cheap add-ons (tortillas, broth, greens) that unlock multiple meals, and provides safe storage/reheat reminders (not medical advice). This is not a full grocery/recipe universe; it’s narrowly focused on high-volume holiday leftovers where people are overwhelmed and waste spikes. Monetization is a low-cost subscription or one-time holiday pass, with optional affiliate links for add-on ingredients.
