LegacyLens is a mobile + web app for families, executors, and jewelers to create a defensible “estate-ready” record for jewelry and precious heirlooms. Users capture guided photos/videos, measurements, hallmarks, and condition notes, then attach receipts, lab reports, appraisals, and repair histories. The app generates a structured inventory and a shareable package for insurers, appraisers, attorneys, and beneficiaries. It also supports controlled access (who can see what, and when), time-stamped change logs, and export formats that actually match what estate attorneys and insurers request. This is not a marketplace; it’s documentation and transfer readiness. Optional AI assists with hallmark/stone ID suggestions and auto-filling item fields, but users must confirm everything. The goal is fewer family disputes, fewer lost items, and faster, cleaner probate/insurance workflows.
