It combines a simple shoot log (client, location, hours, deliverables) with gear usage tracking (which body/lens/lighting was used), expenses (travel, props, subscriptions), and income. The app automatically builds per-shoot and per-client profitability, depreciation-aware gear cost estimates, and tax-ready summaries you can export to your accountant. It also includes lightweight maintenance reminders based on shutter count and time-in-service, so you don’t miss cleanings or replacements. This is not a portfolio app and not a social network; it’s operational bookkeeping made photographer-friendly. It’s a traditional app with a small AI layer that categorizes expenses from receipts and suggests pricing adjustments based on your historical margins.
