LesionLog

LesionLog is a mobile + web AI-assisted disease tracking app for growers and crop advisors who are tired of “maybe it worked” decisions. Instead of trying to perfectly identify every disease from a photo (often unreliable in the field), it focuses on repeatable monitoring: you create a field/block, log symptoms with standardized photos, severity scores, weather context, and actions taken (spray, irrigation change, pruning, sanitation). The app then builds simple timelines and heatmaps to show whether severity is trending up or down after interventions, and flags blocks that are statistically worsening compared to your baseline. It also generates a clean, shareable report for consultants, insurers, or internal teams. This is realistic because it doesn’t promise magic diagnosis; it promises better documentation and faster response. The AI is used for photo quality checks, symptom region highlighting, and trend anomaly detection—not definitive ID.
