LevelUpBrief is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that helps employees build a credible promotion case without spending weeks hunting for proof. Users log wins in 60 seconds, attach links (PRs, tickets, docs), and tag each entry to a competency framework (IC levels, leadership principles, role matrix). The app then generates a structured promotion brief: impact summary, scope, metrics, stakeholder quotes, and a narrative aligned to the company’s rubric. It also includes a “manager view” that prompts for missing evidence and flags weak claims (e.g., no metric, no cross-functional validation). This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts and critiques the narrative, but the core value is the evidence system and rubric alignment. It’s realistic: it won’t magically get you promoted, but it will reduce the chaos and improve the quality of your case.
