LeverageLens

LeverageLens helps teams identify and test “leverage points” in complex systems (processes, org design, product funnels, supply chains) without pretending to be a magic answer machine. You map a system as nodes (stocks, flows, rules, incentives, delays) and link them with causal relationships. The app then runs lightweight scenario simulations and sensitivity checks to highlight which variables likely produce outsized impact, and which are noise. It guides users through Donella Meadows-style leverage point categories (parameters vs. feedback loops vs. goals vs. paradigms) and forces explicit assumptions, confidence levels, and data sources. It’s designed for pragmatic decision-making: a short list of testable interventions, expected impact ranges, and what to measure next. It won’t replace domain expertise; it will reduce wasted effort by making reasoning visible, comparable, and falsifiable across stakeholders.
