LicenseNudge is a web app (with optional mobile admin view) for small-to-mid local governments to reduce missed renewals and late payments for permits, business licenses, and other fee-based programs. It centralizes license records, renewal dates, fee schedules, and communication history in one place, then automates reminders via email/SMS/letters and provides a simple public renewal link. Staff get a dashboard showing upcoming expirations, delinquent accounts, and revenue-at-risk, plus bulk actions for notices and payment-plan flags. It integrates with common payment processors and can export clean reports for finance and audit. This is not a “replace your entire permitting system” pitch; it’s a lightweight layer that plugs into messy spreadsheets and legacy systems to improve compliance and cashflow. AI is used only for document parsing and drafting notices, not for core calculations.
