LienClear is a mobile + web app that helps car owners and dealers close trade-ins with outstanding loans faster and with fewer surprises. The app verifies payoff details, generates a standardized payoff packet, and tracks lender responses and required documents in one place. It also flags common deal-killers (expired payoffs, missing odometer statements, title state issues) before the customer arrives, reducing unwinds and wasted appraisal time. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for document capture, lender routing, and audit trails, plus AI to extract payoff amounts, VINs, and account numbers from statements and to detect inconsistencies. Reality check: lenders are slow and fragmented, so the product wins by reducing human follow-up and preventing avoidable errors—not by “magically” speeding up banks.
