LienLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for commercial banks to manage collateral perfection work: UCC filings, releases, continuation deadlines, title/recording evidence, and exception tracking. It centralizes every lien-related task per loan, assigns owners, and creates an audit trail that survives staff turnover. The AI layer reads incoming documents (UCC acknowledgements, title policies, recorded mortgages, payoff letters) and extracts key fields, then flags missing evidence or mismatches (debtor name variance, wrong jurisdiction, lapsed continuation window). It also generates standardized checklists by loan type and state, and produces examiner-ready reports in minutes. This is not a core replacement; it sits beside the LOS/core and integrates via API/SFTP. The goal is brutally practical: fewer perfection misses, fewer scramble weekends before exams, and less reliance on tribal knowledge in loan ops.
