LienLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps lenders, factors, and large buyers reduce supply-chain finance fraud by detecting duplicate pledges and conflicting liens on invoices and receivables. Users upload invoice batches (CSV/EDI), connect ERP/AR systems, and run a “pledge-risk” scan that flags suspicious patterns: reused invoice numbers across counterparties, unusual payment routing changes, rapid re-assignments, and mismatched PO/shipping references. It also maintains a lightweight internal registry of financed receivables across participating desks/branches, preventing accidental double-funding inside the same organization. This is an AI + traditional app: rules-based checks for explainability plus anomaly detection models trained on your portfolio history. Realistically, it won’t eliminate fraud, but it can cut avoidable losses and speed up credit ops by focusing reviews on the riskiest items.
