LienLedger is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion for HOA/condo boards and small property managers to manage delinquent assessments end-to-end without living in spreadsheets and email threads. It tracks balances, late fees, payment plans, notices, and statutory timelines, then generates state-specific notice templates and a step-by-step workflow so volunteers don’t miss deadlines. Residents get a simple portal to view balances, set autopay, request hardship plans, and upload proof of payment. The AI layer summarizes resident communications, flags likely disputes, and drafts polite, compliant responses (with human approval). This is not a full HOA “everything suite”—it deliberately focuses on the ugliest, most time-sensitive part of operations: collections and lien readiness. The goal is fewer write-offs, fewer attorney hours, and fewer board blowups caused by inconsistent enforcement.
