LienLens is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps individual real-estate investors quickly surface hidden risks on a specific property: liens, code violations, unpaid taxes, permit issues, and ownership red flags. You enter an address (or upload a listing link), and the app pulls from county/municipal sources where available, normalizes messy records, and produces a simple “Risk & Cost to Cure” report with confidence levels and citations. The AI component summarizes findings, flags inconsistencies (e.g., owner name mismatch, recent quitclaim patterns), and generates a due-diligence checklist tailored to the property type (SFH, small multifamily, condo). It also tracks your pipeline, stores documents, and creates a shareable report for lenders/partners.
