The app stores a deal folder with notes, photos, and a transfer timeline so buyers don’t miss critical steps. This is not magic: coverage varies by state and data source, and some lien info can’t be confirmed instantly. The product wins by reducing avoidable disasters, not by promising perfect certainty.
