LifeLanes

LifeLanes is a mobile + web app that helps people manage multiple identities (work, parent, partner, creator, caregiver, student) without the chaos of mixing goals, habits, and relationships. You create “lanes” for each role, then attach commitments, boundaries, and communication preferences to each lane (e.g., Work lane: no messages after 7pm; Parent lane: morning routine checklist). The app surfaces conflicts (two lanes competing for the same time), tracks role balance over weeks, and prompts quick reflections that build a clearer narrative of who you are across contexts. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes weekly patterns, suggests boundary scripts, and flags burnout signals based on your check-ins and calendar load. It’s not therapy, and it won’t fix deep identity issues—but it can reduce daily friction and decision fatigue.
