LifeLedger
LifeLedger is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps people measure life satisfaction without the fluffy “be grateful” noise. Users do a 60-second daily check-in (mood, energy, meaning, connection, autonomy) and tag what they did that day (work, exercise, social, sleep, scrolling, alcohol, hobbies). The app then runs simple, transparent analysis to show which activities reliably raise or tank their satisfaction over weeks—not just today’s mood. It generates weekly “keep/stop/try” recommendations, but forces tradeoffs (you can’t optimize everything) and asks users to pick one experiment for the next week. It also includes a “values drift” detector: if your calendar and satisfaction data show you’re spending time on things you claim you don’t value, it flags it bluntly. The goal is behavior change via evidence, not inspiration.
