LifeOps
LifeOps is a life-design app that forces your big intentions into operational reality: constraints, tradeoffs, and weekly execution. You define 3–5 “pillars” (health, career, relationships, money, craft), then the app builds a weekly operating plan with time budgets, non-negotiables, and measurable outcomes. Each week you run a short review: what broke, what slipped, and what to cut. The app tracks only a few leading indicators (sleep, deep work hours, workouts, social time) and ties them to your stated priorities so you can’t hide behind vague journaling. An AI coach helps you rewrite goals into behaviors, detect overcommitment, and propose cuts when your calendar and energy don’t match your plan. It’s blunt by design: fewer goals, more follow-through, and visible tradeoffs.
