LiftLedger is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps lifters log workouts with credibility, not vibes. Instead of manual entries that people forget or inflate, it captures a “verified set” using short video clips and on-device motion cues to timestamp the lift, estimate rep count, and attach the set to an exercise template. Users can still edit notes, but the app clearly labels what’s verified vs. self-reported. It’s built for people who want consistent progress tracking, coaches who need trustworthy adherence data, and anyone tired of messy spreadsheets. The MVP focuses on a frictionless flow: start set, record 5–10 seconds, auto-detect reps, save, and move on. It won’t magically judge perfect form (that’s hard and error-prone), but it will make logging faster and more honest, which is what most people actually need to stay consistent.
